Oven safe to 700° F
Heat oven with Grill Pan inserted into Half Sheet Pan to desired temperature. Grill Pan needs to be pre-heated for bowning and searing to take place.
Combing these 2 pans will help to contain any liquids that might result from baking.
Depending on the product being baked, the Grill Pan can be used without a sheet pan.
